Experienced And Dedicated Support Staff You Can Trust

We couldn’t do what we do without the talented professionals we work with:

Nikita Thomas is our paralegal. Nikita has been handling employment law and civil rights claims since 1999. Nikita works directly with our clients to keep you informed about items we need from you as part of your case and helps you while we move your case through the process.

Dimika Cavalier is our legal assistant. Dimika is typically the first person you will speak with when you contact us about your issue. Dimika will work with you to gather information needed for the attorneys to review your case and assist in handling your matter.

We Take A Personal Approach To Each Case

Our interest in the lives of the people we serve defines our approach. Not only does our personal touch make the legal process less stressful for our clients, but also helps us obtain better results.

Your lawyer remains by your side from start to resolution. You meet with your lawyer, not an intake person, at your first appointment. Your lawyer handles every aspect of your claim, including, but not limited to:

  • Filing your claim
  • Investigating your case
  • Conducting discovery
  • Negotiating a settlement and advocating for you at trial

Your lawyer answers your calls and emails to give you updates and answers to your questions. Because of our openness and accessibility, you will always feel comfortable picking up the phone to discuss your case without worrying that you are being nickeled and dimed. You can, therefore, feel confident that we know your case inside and out, and we are taking care of it.

You are not just a case to us, but a person who has a legal problem that we can fix. We can help you find a solution – it’s what we do.

Our Focus On Results

Our attorneys have a proven track record of results. We have won numerous six- and seven-figure verdicts and settlements. Recent successes include a $1.7 million jury verdict in a reverse discrimination case and a $1 million personal injury settlement in a DUI dram shop case.* From the moment we take your case, we focus on reaching the best possible results.

Our Risk-Free Policies

Legal representation should never feel out of reach. Nobody should ever worry about whether she or he can afford to pursue legal rights.

Our firm offers you a free case evaluation after we receive some basic information. We offer a $100 consultation with the attorney to review your matter, limited to no more than one hour. We analyze the facts of your claim, advise you of your rights and explain your options for recovery, if possible. We also work on a contingency fee basis for most cases. This means you do not owe us legal fees unless we make a monetary recovery on your behalf. Some cases are based on equitable or nonmonetary recovery. These cases may require an hourly fee contract. In either circumstance, there is no risk in scheduling an appointment with Johnson & Bennett today.
